Where are my seats?

LA Stage Alliance does not assign you specific seats.

Seating assignments are solely at the discretion of the theatre. 

These are seats that would otherwise sell for full price. 

 

Will my party be seated together?

Where do I pick up my tickets?

Your tickets will be waiting for you at the theatre’s box office. 

Please pick them up the night of the show at the Will Call window. 

As always when picking up tickets at will call, please arrive 15 minutes prior to curtain.

Don’t forget to bring your email confirmation as proof of your purchase. 

 

Do I need my email confirmation?

Yes, the email confirmation is your receipt. 

The theatre will need the confirmation, as proof of purchase. 

Without the confirmation, the theatre may not release your tickets.

 

Do I need a printer to use LAStageTIX?

Yes, you will need access to a printer to print out the LAStageTIX email confirmation. 

If you do not have access to a printer, consider visiting the library, or forwarding the confirmation to a friend, who can print out the confirmation for you.

I lost my email confirmation.  What should I do?

How much of a service fee will I be charged?

For tickets up to $10.00, a $2.00 service fee applies.

For tickets $10.01-$20.00, a $4.00 service fee applies.

For tickets $20.01 and higher, a $6.00 service fee applies.

 

Why are you charging a service fee?

LA Stage Alliance is a 501(c) (3) non profit performing arts service organization. 

The service fees provides funds for LA Stage Alliance to continue its mission and programs serving the performing arts community of Los Angeles.

 

When does LA Stage Alliance list more tickets or shows?

LA Stage Alliance is a membership service organization. 

One of the services LA Stage Alliance offers its performing arts organizational members is the ability to list half price tickets on LAStageTIX. 

These performing arts organizations list their shows directly on www.LAStageAlliance.com

They can list tickets any day at any time. 

LA Stage Alliance has no way of knowing when tickets will be added or updated. 

Be sure to check the site daily as ticket inventory will change.

 

The calendar for the show that I want to see is blank.  No times are listed.  What does that mean?

A blank calendar means that the show is listed with LA Stage Alliance, but the theatre has not listed half price tickets.  The theatre may decide to list tickets in the future.  Please check back regularly.

 

The show I want to see has a pink line crossing out the time.  What does that mean?

This means that the half price tickets allotted for this specific date have all been sold. 

The theatre could still allot more tickets for this performance. 

You may want to check back later, choose another time, or call the theater’s box office directly for availability of full price tickets.

 

The time of the show that I want to see is red and I can not click on it.  What does that mean?

This means that there are no longer tickets available for that night of the show. 

Please choose another night, or call the theatre’s box office directly for full price tickets.

 

Is the theatre handicap accessible?

Please contact the theatre directly. 

 

I changed my mind.  Can I get a refund?

No, LA Stage Alliance does not offer refunds, unless the show is cancelled by the theatre.

 

Something came up.  Can I exchange my tickets for another night?

No, LA Stage Alliance can not exchange tickets.

 

The theatre cancelled the show I had tickets for, how do I get a refund?

How do I join the LAStageTIX weekly email?
